dc.description.abstract	The description of a graphics software tool used to view and manipulate data file is presented. The software is implemented to run in the IDL environment on any platform. RAbel is able to read data from files in the ADAM format, a SACLANTCEN standard used to save data aquired using the ABEL system. The software has a sophisticated graphic user interface which simplifies loading and scanning of data files. The program is also able to perform simple operations on the data: enveloping, zooming, filtering, etc. This report is intended as a detailed description of the implementation at a source code level.
